Shipping Policy


We pride ourselves with shipping out your order within 48 hours of placement!

All orders are normally processed and packed within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. However during our busy period, such as around the holidays, there may be a minor postal delay. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. Please take care to fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name & phone number to prevent any postal delays.

When the payment for your order with Everlybee has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox.

You will also receive an email with tracking details once your order is packed and shipped. It may sometimes take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available. If you still can’t find the confirmation or shipping email, it’s possible that you have entered an incorrect email address.

You can contact us with your Order Number to check the status of your order or for any other shipping queries.


Orders placed with shipping addresses destined in Taiwan will be sent out via Taiwan Post or T-Cat (黑貓宅急便), a reputable shipping company. All orders come with a tracking number which will be provided once the package is shipped. 


We offer two different shipping options for international shipping. Both options are tracked however one may be cheaper than the other. 

  • Taiwan Post - Express Shipping 
  • DHL

To track the status of your international parcel visit DHL . If you are not able to sign for your package please contact DHL in your country to schedule redelivery.

Everlybee is not responsible for any missing packages due to error from the customer or Taiwan Post or DHL. 


As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. Where duties and taxes are applicable, you must pay for these before your items are released from customs.

We are required by law to state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package. By law, we cannot mark your package as “gift” to avoid paying taxes.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charged incurred by us from the shipping company.
