Refunds and Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely in love with your new items for your baby, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 7 days of package delivery for all full-priced items.

We do not accept any refunds or exchanges for SALE or discounted items.

Before you apply for a return, please check that the items you wish to return meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of package delivery (according to the tracking details).
  • Merchandise must be returned in their original unworn and unwashed state.
  • Merchandise must have garment and swing tags still attached.
  • Any products marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Sale' cannot be returned.

If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping as part of your return. From the day returns are received at our warehouse, we aim to process them within 3 business days. However during busy period, such as around the holidays, there may be a minor delay. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel an order and receive a full refund, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been processed & shipped. Please contact us at hello@everlybee.com. A processing fee of 5% will be charged on any order that is cancelled/refunded. This fee is collected because platform and credit card fees are not refunded to us when an order is cancelled. 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please write to us at hello@everlybee.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Faulty Items

Our warehouse team will do their best to inspect every last product before shipping anything out to you. However if you unluckily come across a manufacturing fault, please contact hello@everlybee as soon as possible with a photo of the fault so we can look into this for you. We will ask you to provide photographic evidence of the manufacturing fault. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without this.
