VIP Benefits

- VIP members receive a 15% discount on all regular-priced products (excluding sale items which are already discounted).

- VIP members receive free shipping anytime throughout their membership period.

- VIP will receive early access to any pre-sales or promotions throughout the year.

- 15% VIP discount cannot be combined with any other offer or coupon code. If there is a promotion, then the discount that provides better savings will be used. 

How to achieve VIP status

- To achieve VIP status you must have an account with us. If you do not have an account with us you can sign up. If you didn't sign up at the time of purchase, you can sign up anytime after your purchase and your previous order(s) will appear in the 'Order' section.

- Customers who spend 25,000 NT or above in one year (from the date of the first purchase) will automatically be promoted to a VIP member. A customer service representative will automatically approach you to provide more information.

Example: If Mary accumulated purchases of 25,000NT from March 1, 2021 to March 1, 2022, she will begin to receive VIP benefits from March 1, 2022. Her VIP status will expire on March 1, 2023. 

- Purchases of 25,000NT include items on the website, sales section or pre-orders. However, purchases of gift cards do not include as a purchase. However, if you have a gift card, whenever you use the gift card to make a purchase, then that will count towards your accumulated purchases.

How do I renew VIP membership

Upon obtaining VIP membership, member status can be retained for one year. 

To renew member status, accumulated purchases for a total of 20,000 or above during the year of VIP membership. (If Mary became a VIP on March 1, 2021, she needs to make 20,000NT of accumulated purchases before March 1, 2022 to retain the status for a second year.)

Different Scenarios

1. Mary obtains VIP status on 2/15/2021 which will expire on 2/15/2022. On 1/1/2022 she accumulates 20,000NT in purchases, therefore her VIP membership extends for another year. Her membership will expire on 2/15/2021. 

2. Mary obtains VIP status on 2/15/2021, which will expire on 2/15/2022. During that period, she did NOT accumulate 20,000 in purchases. Therefore on 2/15/2022 she loses her VIP status. However, from 2/15/2022 - 4/25/2022 she makes 25,000NT in accumulated purchases so on 4/25/2022 she recovers her VIP status. Her new VIP status will expire on 4/25/2023.
